  • I purchased a water softener, had it delivered and ask them to set it up. It didn't take much to unpack and set up but they quoted me $945 to set it up, get the permit and haul away the old water softener (again a very simple thing). I paid the service fee (they insisted on charging $49 just to show up) and sent them on their way. $945 is a ridiculous price and an insult to me. I called another plumber, they have no initial service fee and quoted me half the price and installed it perfectly. Sunny aka Honey Bee Plumbling is too expensive for me.
