rev:text	Cesar responds quickly and promptly and comes out on very short notice. He talks a very good game. However, after three separate attempts to repair my fridge freezer (each time he assured me it was fixed but it was not), two lots of discarded food and a $1300 bill, the freezer was working better but still not keeping all the food frozen, and it was running much louder than ever before, plus an even louder vibration which he initially claimed was normal given the age of the fridge but eventually had to admit was not, although he claimed it was not his fault. Of course the age of the fridge was not an issue when he told me it would last a lifetime if I agreed to him repairing it for $1300. And he scratched my floors when he moved the fridge having ignored my repeated offers to unload it first. He did not even apologize for that. Ten days after the last visit the freezer stopped working again. Got someone else who immediately found the leak that Cesar missed. Cesar had replaced a compressor that was almost certainly fine and used the wrong one and left the pressure dangerously high which caused the noise. His claims to the contrary were simply not true, as was his claim that he sealed the system (which I don't think is possible if theres a leak in the system). When I challenged the transaction with the credit card company they told me he claims the work was done. If that is true, then he can't be trusted as my freezer was not working when he left, he billed me for nothing, and it now works fine thanks to someone else.
