  • Update, after the 0 star experience I met with Russ from A1 and they are taking responsibility and owning their mistakes. After an hour long discussion and we feel better about what happened and they are most certainly making things right, albeit a week later, but then, they had to work with our schedule. Brandon showed up on time and worked non stop to install a new door. The scheduled time and the time for the install were as promised and we are so far satisfied with the overall outcome of the job. Given the response from A1 after the initial review, we would consider calling A1 again for a garage door problem. Russ made things right and Brandon did good work installing. We'll update again if there are any problems after the new install.
