If I hadn't been asked by my grandmother to specifically purchase an arrangement from here there is NO WAY that I would have gone through with it.
First of all... I make my order online and get a call that they have no fruit because they are waiting for a shipment....? YOU HAD ONE JOB.... anyway.... we are going away for the weekend so I decide to cancel the order and try again the next week.
I make the order online again and receive a call that they have no helium.... a step above not having fruit but why do you offer balloons if you do not have helium? I call another location and apparently Ontario is going through a helium shortage... is this a joke?
OK we will give up the balloons... at least they are offering a free 12 piece box of chocolate covered fruit with any order over $50.
The order comes and not only are there no balloons and no chocolate covered fruit box but the order was an hour later than scheduled.
ALSO, at no fault of the store, I signed up for the newsletter because they said I would get $10 off my next purchase - no such coupon came with the welcome email, instead I just have a bunch of annoying promotional spam that fuels my annoyance with this incredibly unprofessional franchise... UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!!
By the way this lovely experience cost over $100 .... ugh.
