  • I was really looking forward to having a spot on the west side of town. First impression..... not impressed. The lack of greeting when we walked in was a bit uncomfortable. I felt like I was entering a meeting I wasn't invited to. We sat for almost an hour after ordering sodas and not once did the bartender ask if we were ok, or needed anything. No music .... the ambience has a lot to be desired, I'm hoping that the customer service improves... otherwise we will stick to the 40 minute drive to Scottsdale to enjoy our cigars at Fox's... the service there is impeccable I always get greeted and everyone I bring there is overly impressed. ....Disappointed with my visit here at this place. Update: be prepared to be inboxed with nasty messages for voicing your opinions.
