  • Horrible experince for my wife. Set up an appointment for noon the week before we are going to Mexico. Even ask the person making the appointment go read it back as she wrote it down. When she showed at 11:45 to check in they informed her they had her down for 11:00 not noon and she was out of luck. This place is very poorly ran and disorganized. I recommend staying away. One star is actually to high.
