I bought a Barnes & Noble membership 3 weeks ago. Then found out none of the perks of membership applied to books bought on Marketplace so it was worthless to me.
This membership claims to have a 30 trial yet when I asked for a refund 2 1/2 weeks after purchase I was told, "You can't get a refund because you used the membership once."
WHAT? Isn't that what a trial membership is~try & see if you like it. If you can't try it, what's the use?
This policy makes no sense-just a sly way of keeping your money.
Don't purchase membership unless you plan to buy most of your books new.
