  • If I could only choose one place to give ZERO stars to, this would be it! After waiting over 45 minutes and having two walk-in customers be serviced before me I decided to have a tiny chat with one of the employees about my experience. I sat in the waiting area for about 20 minutes only to have the woman that came in after me be seated before me. I say to myself no big deal we're probably not getting the same services. Then another woman comes in and they grab her after only waiting about 5 min. When I stand to say something they say "we're ready for you too". So they seat us both in the back for our pedicures but guess who they get started on first? I'll give you a hint...it wasn't me. I wait another 10/15 minutes in the pedicure chair with no water before finally saying something. I kept it very nice and polite while advising the staff it would be in their best interest to not let this happen to any other customers. I invite all people of color to err on the side of caution and avoid this establishment. You'll get much better service elsewhere!
