Purchased an upscale washer and dryer in April with the extended warranty, It's August and I placed a repair request for the dryer. Called, went through all the information that they needed, they gave me another number for the service call, called them and made the appointment. No sooner than I got home tonight and Complete Appliance called me to reschedule. This must be another, we use another company to really do the work. The lady was a gem, a too bad so sad changing your appointment and I don't care what you think. Called Lowe's they don't care. Take your rescheduled appointment because we don't give a crap, LIARS. Buy from a company that cares, sometimes these big retailers could care less because some other unsuspecting buyer walks in the door anyway. My family has purchased appliances at Lowe's because Home Depot does not honor military discounts if their product is on sale. I can tell you, it will not matter now. Lowe's you have sold your last product to me and my family.
