  • Horrible customer service.....have been without Internet, telephone and cable since yesterday. Every time I call I get a different answer. First someone is working on it to now no one has been assigned to Im sorry someone will be out TOMORROW...are you kidding me. We've been customers for 15+yrs ..... REALLY Cox get it together.
