  • My lease is up in August but last week I got a phone call from Alex! He knew I was very close to my mileage limit (physic maybe), he knew I wanted to lower my payment (duhhhh) and he also knew that reliability was my number one priority (I told him that). Needless to say I scheduled an appointment to come down after work and discuss some things. After a test drive, two bottles of water, a big cup of coffee, trading personal stories and a few calls to family and my boyfriend it was 9pm, 9pm, 9 freaking pm!!!! I left...............with a brand new 2018 black Acura TRX paying $210/month less than what I was paying before with more mileage!!!!! #winning #yesssss #teamacura #acuraagain Now all I'm waiting for is for the call that another reviewer got saying they are taking care of my registration!! On a serious note, I'm very happy that Alex was looking out for the safety of my child and steered me in the right direction knowing what I needed. I didn't feel pressured or rushed and I made a new friend! I look forward to the call I get in another 2.5 years from Alex offering the newest of the new! THANK YOU!!!!
