  • We used these guys to move my moms stuff less than 10 minutes away. I paid for 4 hours but only received 3 hours of work. When I called the owner to get the other hour that I paid for he basically told me it's not his problem. I'll never use their service again and would not recommend them to anyone because now I have a ton of things still left that I have to move myself ! Horrible experience! In response to the owners comments- the crew voluntarily left including the travel time 1 hour before the 4 hour minimum. They were on site 2 1/2 hours. They did a decent job but they were aware that the job was not completed and left anyway.
