  • A mixed review. My wife and I have been picking up desserts big and small from this location since their opening day and really enjoy their desserts. Let's just say we've bought enough to "earn" a couple dozen free bundtinis over the past few years. Always tasty and moist, and the presentation is superb. What has been disappointing is the customer service of late. For example, no "thank you" after the purchase, just hand me my change and...silence. And then this week my wife received an email from them offering a free bundtlet for her birthday. It said to print it off and bring it in. I brought it in for her since she works and I was picking up a dozen bundtinis anyway for a small get together for her birthday. "No. We can't do that," the greeter tells me, refusing to redeem the offer. "She has to come in and show her ID." I told them that was disappointing. But there are no exceptions, apparently. Really? Poor way to treat a customer.
