  • What started out as a much-needed pampering session for my mother and I ended badly. We waited 20 minutes to be seen, even though we had an appointment. Once we were seated, the nail tech came over to see us and began with my mom. She asked if my mom wanted her toenails shorter and my mother said yes. The tech took her left foot and then CUT into the skin of my mom's big toe, which began bleeding. We were shocked. The tech offered "sanitizer" but we declined and walked out. Needless to say, our outing was ruined and we will never visit this salon again. I wish I could give them zero stars.
