  • I stayed at Palms Place a couple weeks ago with my friend and it was amazing. I have stayed here one other time prior, I was impressed, but this time they really blew me away. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM. There was one person working the check out desk and two people in line ahead of me. The person that was checking in had some problem (booked under a different name) so she was checking them in for almost 45 minutes...wow. After that the line went very quickly. I was so exhausted all I wanted to do was go to sleep after our drive. She told us that she upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite, which was amazing! I live in a 750 sq ft apartment, so to stay in a 1200 sq ft hotel room was luxury! The room was very nice, I loved the bathroom! I also love the fact that there were two restrooms! I feel like the room could have been better kept/cleaner. There were some scratches on the furniture and behind the fire place it was a little dusty. The room also had two balconies, but they do not open. The staff told us it was because people would get drunk and throw their trash/bottles off of them. I like the location of the hotel because it is off the strip, it is so easy to get to and from. Plus an Uber ride to the strip or downtown is so cheap, it is worth it to stay away from all the traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel!
