  • The administration needs to take a better care of the complex. The gym is always dirty and smells horrible. Most of the time it is out of sanitary wipes. The office managers are two ladies who can be quite rude at times. Be careful they may not give you your deposit back no matter how clean you give the apt back to them. They keep increasing the price of the unit every year without improving the amenities. I had 4 of my friends leave the complex just because the office was not very flexible and gave them a hard time. There are many nicer places to live in than Hawthorne in central Phoenix. I would avoid this place. In addition they are very dishonest about the contract and leave information out when you sign with them.
