Terrible service. Had an appointment for the Genius Bar and waited over an hour. I finally told the Apple attendant with the iPad, checking people in, that I have to leave to which he said, "ok". No apology or explanation. I finally found a manager and told him my concern, to which he was remorseful however, he took me to a bar representative that flat out told me that he couldn't help me. He was extremely lethargic with a lack of interest in my concern, continuously repeating that there's nothing he can do to help me figure out why my iCal events were not synchronizing with my iPhone from my MacBook.
I visit this location all of the time as I live right down the street. Very unfortunate experience and major waste of my time.
This is the store that I purchased 2 MacBook Pros, 2 Apple watches, Apple TV 4, iPad, and 2 new iPhone X's. I'll have to take my purchases elsewhere...
