  • UPDATE - This LBS continues to provide exceptional and friendly service. I took my bike in for a brake issue, and even though I didn't purchase my bike from their shop, they diagnosed the issue, resolved a warranty claim with the manufacturer for the common and known problem, installed the new parts, and completed the service for me. On top of that, they received a "repair credit" from the manufacturer and didn't charge me for the repair service; which really illustrates their honesty and integrity. Thanks for reminding me that good local bike shops still exist.
