  • I have been very pleased with the work done by TriPlumb and highly recommend them for their honesty, fair pricing, and overall excellent customer service. We recently bought an older house; Mark inspected the house and gave us a great estimate on things that needed to be updated or changed. Mark with his partner Russell came by and did a thorough job. Everything was completed well. I have had other plumbing issues come up since that time. Mark and Russell have responded quickly when I called. If any other issues came up that they noted while fixing the problems, they would call and consult with me on possibilities to fix them before proceeding. Another time Mark went out of his way to replace a leaking toilet--we sat done and together picked out a toilet online. He picked it up on the other side of the city and had it installed the next day. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them as we remodel the house.
