  • Called Olson to schedule a for a free estimate on a spiral staircase. Angel arrived looking professional and clean looking. He provided great knowledge and explained why powder coating is far inferior to prime and paint, which is what Olson does. I believed him. He sounded so sure and correct. He said he would email me a quote within a few days. Two days goes by...nothing. No quote. I call back again and spoke to female receptionist who said she would email me quote. Nothing from her either. Waited about 1 week to have them send a quote and still nothing. I texted and called Angel two times and no response. Called back again about 1 week later wanting a quote and they said we finally got what we needed from the city and we will email you a quote. Nope. nothing from these people. My belief is they have no idea how to do a spiral. Looking at their slide show of various products explains why. If you want Iron work completed, go to Artistic or A&R Iron. Highly do not recommend this shoty company
