  • Definite must try! I just started coming here on a Groupon and absolutely LOVE it. You can see and feel the difference in your body just after a week. Most of the classes I've taken have been with Crystal and she is awesome! I feel like I'm working out with a friend during her classes and the whole staff is so nice and inviting. They offer a large variety of class times with different classes during the same time slot so that if you can only go around certain times you aren't stuck taking the same class over and over. I was nervous about being able to balance on the board but you get the hang of it after about two classes. The studio is clean, good music, and great energy. I plan on buying the monthly membership as soon as my Groupon expires. The classes are different,fun, and definitely a good work out for just the quick 45 minutes. I'm so glad I decided to try it out because now I can't stop going, which come summer time my bikini will be thanking me for.
