  • Adam is a sandwich savant! The Hot Italian Beef needs it's own 12-step program it's so addictive!! I walked in all cocky like a true Southside Chicagoan, and was like "i hear you make a legit beef' Adam nods, says yep. I said 'dip it please'. I prodded a bit as he was working on my sandwich, and he explained he makes his own giardiniera;...which was OH so good, but doesn't stop there. The bread is perfectly grilled, yes grilled so it has flavor of its own that soaks up that amazing 'dip', the beef he explained is super high quality and that's no lie, and the sweet peppers were the cherry on top of this awesome sammie! Grab extra napkins, and don't plan a big deep conversation when you enjoy this sandwich, just focus....it's a bit messy, but worth it!!! dude, I want one now!
