  • My sister recently lost her husband. A friend took her to northwest arms to send me some of his rifles. My sister is not a gun person so she was very uneasy going to a gun store. Well the folks at Northwest treated her with such compassion and respect that she felt like she was dealing with a family member. Thank you, thank you ,thank you. You have a heart:)
