This is by far the worst online customer service experience I've ever had. I've been waiting for an item for over 3 weeks. During the first week, I was told the item that was listed as available was actually on back order but would be in stock by the end of the week. The second week I got the same story. Over three weeks later, they aren't returning my messages anymore. I just want to cancel the order now and purchase the item somewhere else, but I can't even get in touch with them to do that! I wish I would have read their Yelp reviews first. I can't wait to not have anything to do with Unica Home ever again...
