 | - We came to Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria and Cucina for a small meal before hitting the strip, it was 9 PM on a Friday night. We were seated immediately by a friendly hostess. Dave came shortly after we were seated and brought water and took our drink order. He recommended the Joseph James Wiseguy heiferweisner (?), a local beer which was really good! We ordered the starter prosciutto and the sausage pizza.
The prosciutto was so, soo good. It came quickly, the bread was warm and the mozzarella was cold. The dish had just a little salt, which really made the mozzarella delicious. The servers were quick to take our used plates and utensils. The pizza was really good, the pickled peppers were just spicy enough. It was medium sized pizza, but thin crust. Splitting it was a good small snack for 2, or a whole meal if you were hungry.
The vibe was casual, and it was right in the middle of the mall so if you were seated at the edge you could look out at the rest of the shops. It was pretty calm when we went, but if it were a busy day the restaurant would've probably been pretty loud with all the ambient mall noises.
Only gripe: the bathroom needed attention. It was nice, but the mirror was dirty and there was no soap. Other than that, it was pretty cool!
