| - My family and I have been customers of Car Repair Company for years (I think my parents started taking their cars in before I was born..).
In any case, throughout the last 20 or 30 years, we have always brought at least one of our cars in for oil changes, regular service, other issues and repairs, etc.
They are prompt, friendly, and not at all pushy--either the mechanic or service manager will sit down and explain exactly what they found, and will give an honest assessment as to what needs to be taken care of for safety, and what can wait awhile.
Both of my first two cars were hand-me-downs from my parents, that we started servicing at Car Repair after the dealership warranty was done--the first car lasted over 250,000 miles, and the second car lasted to nearly 190,000 (and that was until we sold them, still running!).
As I was going through the process of looking for a (newer) used car, Car Repair was there every step of the way to help--Jim, the owner, and Tommy, the service manager, provided suggestions of good makes and models to consider, gave advice on various specific cars, and did a thorough pre-purchase inspection of the car that I ultimately bought.
I have the greatest respect for Jim as a small business owner who hires employees that share his vision of great quality and work ethic, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs a quality, trustworthy repair shop!
