  • I have never been treated so poorly. I already don't like getting haircuts so I don't go often. I sit down in the chair and the first thing Jamie says to me is how horrible my hair is. That's why I'm getting it cut...obviously, but whatever. Fine, I shake it off and then she continues to tell me 10 reasons why my hair is "ratty" for the entire time that I'm in the chair. In the last thirty seconds of me being in the chair, I think she got scared about her tip (because she obviously has been shitting on me this whole time) so she tells me "I'm not trying to be rude, I just care about you....". Are you serious? Wow. On the plus side, the haircut was decent but definitely not worth being treated that way.
