If you live on the east side and want to cook some Indian food--which you should learn to do, since there are no good Indian restaurants--you will probably end up here. The prices are probably not what will not bring you back, but honestly there's not much alternative. Anyway, even with higher than expected prices (for an Indian store), spices are still massively cheaper than your local grocery. Not to mention all of the stuff you just can't buy anywhere else. The guy at the counter was really nice, asked us what we were cooking, and gave us his advice on cooking the recipe with less oil.
I was a little disappointed that we got a rotten coconut though. Do you know how to tell whether or not a mature coconut is still good? If so, send me a message. :)
