  • Arrogant and not professional. It's sad because the complex is actually amazing, the pool and amenities are top notch, however it's sad that the leasing specialists don't have the right personality and job set when it comes to personable relationships. They are not there to understand the person and not willing to work with what the needs are. They think just because it's Elysian and modern they are too good for everyone. I hope this changes because I can careless about the looks of the people aren't what stands out.
