Worst customer service! Treated like a child. I told the owner I want to have my bumper fixed and my hood painted- he said hood and bumper doesn't look that bad?? (Umm ok)
I asked him how much is it to paint the hood, since I already knew the amount for the bumper(I had an estimate from a year ago, and the owner was holdingn the same estimate in his hand)... he kept asking what do I want, bumper or the hood?! ... He wasn't even listening to what I was saying.
Very disapointing that the owner of the company didn't know how to speak to a frustrated prospective customer(because he wasn't getting what I wanted done).
The whole time he was acting like he didn't even care to listen and understand, maybe that's why he kept asking what I want, and he still wasn't getting it. At that point I decided not to listen to him either, since he kept repeating if I want a hood or a bumper? LOL
I still decided to come back even though I got 2 (which at the time were maybe a month apart, ) different estimates for the same car, for
the same issue with a difference of $400 more.
At the end he turned around, started to walk away and said he couldn't help me. Very professional!
Still very disapointing though!
