rev:text	Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews but I had to for this incident that happened on 3/17/18. By far THE WORST service I have received by Derik!!! If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I had gone in to fill up the large letter balloons to spell out BABY because my husband and I were going to take photos that afternoon for our pregnancy announcement. All balloons have the capability to have two pieces of ribbon attached to them on each side due to how large they are, however I only asked if a second piece of ribbon could be attached to the letter A so that it wouldn't be lopsided. Things were going fine until I asked Derik for this. He became very upset that I had made this request and forcefully cut the piece of ribbon which was already attached to the letter A balloon. I was shocked and confused as to why he had did that. Derik's demeanor and tone had changed when I had made the request for the second piece of ribbon to be attached. In order to no longer ask Derik for ribbon I actually bought my own roll of curling ribbon to attach myself!! This should have been included with my purchase!! Once at the register when I was about to pay, I asked him if I had said or done something wrong to act in this particular manner and he told me "we're just busy" without giving me eye contact. Shortly after leaving the store, the letter A was deflated and was no good for photos (after paying $45). I didn't return to that Party City due to the extreme poor customer service I received from Derik. He ruined my experience and left a bad taste in my mouth to ever return to that particular store location. Rule of thumb Derik, if you don't like your job please find another one.
