  • Will not be back. I shop around Charlotte for different experiences and this has by far been the worst.... The chairs are very uncomfortable. No cushion at all. Even the foot ledge is plastic and very uncomfortable and squeaked. They noticed I was uncomfortable and made the statement that "no one else has ever complained before." So unprofessional. I find that very hard to believe and sure enough I found many reviews where there were complaints about the chairs. I wasn't even able to use the massage functions because the chair shook so bad and was almost hurtful. It was very obvious they were rushing everyone and could care less about my requests. 2 different times trash ( a water bottle and a candy wrapper were thrown into my bowl during my pedicure. I was just shocked. I am assuming they think this is okay since they line their bowels with plastic bags.... Fyi, not okay at all. The "hot " towels were literally almost cool. I brought my own nail polish which I informed the girl and she still went and put it back on the shelf. I had to ask for it back. I was pressured to pay and asked 3 times if they could have the receipt. Just a horrible experience that I spent my Sunday afternoon on. So irritated. I have been having pedicures in the QC for 20 years and this is the worst customer service I have received. There are so many other decent nail salons in Charlotte spend your time and money elsewhere....
