  • DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is the most shady leasing office that I have ever had to deal with and the apartments are so cheaply made. At first, they tried to charge me a higher amount for rent when I moved in than what I signed a lease for. It was only corrected when I complained and had to provide the original documents to them to prove that they were wrong. In addition, I pay a monthly "pest control" fee yet I have had to call twice to have an exterminator come in for random types of bugs. Also they charge for an identical water bill every single month whether I have 5 people visiting for a week or I'm hardly even staying there that month. They really get you on hidden fees like this that make no sense. The leasing office staff are also never on the same page, you will get two different answers from two different people for the same question. The apartments are also so cheap. I hear EVERYTHING from the hallway when I'm in my apartment. In addition, I don't know who designed the structure of this building but the sun is blocked from the pool by the angle of the building every afternoon which makes absolutely no sense. I'm getting out of this place ASAP and I regret signing a year long lease.
