Holyyy - their cheese tart is RICH A F. Unlike normal Japanese cheesecakes that are light and fluffy, this cheese tart was hella rich. Its shell is a thick, flaky crust & it's filled with an oozy cheese custard-like filling.
In order to eat this, they suggest you re-heat the tart in an oven, peel a piece of the shell off, and dip it into the cheese filling. I absolutely LOVE this way of eating it, it's totally unique. But also there's no way you'd be able to cut a slice of this tart to serve once it's heated because the filling will just all ooze out.
One cheese tart (including tax) is $10. It's the perfect size to share for ~4 people.
I came on a weekend around 4pm and it was totally empty, but they still had fresh cheese tarts and several of their individual Shiroi cakes still available. They accept credit card payments here too.
I will definitely be back to try their other cheesecake varieties
