  • Someone recommended Shirtail to me who had used them before and had a good experience. I was excited to set up a clothing sale for a group I'm involved with and was very interested in purchasing items from them. At first I was pleased with how fast the representative Jake got back to me - he wrote me back almost instantly! When our group finally settled on our items a couple of weeks later, it felt like pulling teeth to get Jake to respond. After getting a catalog set up, he dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't hear from him for days, so I emailed him again and again and it's now been an ENTIRE MONTH and have not hear a SINGLE word from them. I am unimpressed by the communication with company. After being completely blown off for weeks, I give up. We'll find someone else to work with and give our money too. It had big potential but working together wound up being extremely disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.
