  • Lady at the desk had poor customer service skills and denied rental of truck . Everything was ready all I needed to do was pick it up and she wouldn't let me cause I didn't bring my proof of insurance with. well the website said all I needed was my card and drivers licence for pick up. I have full coverage insurance and AAA . I have never had an issue with this until today. Thanks for causing extra hours of delay to our day. Worst experience EVER in a Budget Rental. after paying for a uber there now I gotta pay for an uber back. lady costed my family money as well. Still can't believe she quoted me $50 a day for insurance when Uhaul is $14 a day for insurance
