  • Well, sadly I'm updating my review today and moving the stars to 1 and unfortunately that's as low as I can go in yelp. The last couple of years I've enjoyed the staff and the service...but i must say that the last 6 months the service other than one lady Susan has gone downhill rapidly and slowly I've been moving my services elsewhere . Surprised why the owner hasn't asked me why i don't get manicures, facials, waxing or any of the other regular service I always get here anymore My last set of Gel Nails chipped, broke and fell off within 4 days. They no longer give you a nice hand massage or neck massage after your manicure. The tools are not cleaned and the worst item was I was sitting in the pedicure chair and saw a rat climb in from the basement and proceeded to climb the stairs to the second floor where you get waxing and facials. The staff did nothing even though another customer told them what just happened. Their solution was to open the fire escape door (as if the rat would leave!) So sadly I will not return here as this bothers me that rats are in the store. Sorry Vicky - but you have some issues here you need to fix.
