  • I shop here mainly out of convenience. Quick in and out normally - been a customer at this store for 2 1/2 years, so many of the greeters know me and they are awesome. It stops.....there. Last night, again, a horrible experience in dealing with an employee in the store. I wanted to buy some jewelry - as always, no one was there. Lady in clothing said she would call someone. I waited patiently, and when an employee finally wandered over, someone else was now at the case, screaming for attention. I politely said "Excuse me, we were here first" The employee looked at me nastily and said "Actually, no, she has been here, I saw her wandering around before" WHAT?!?!?!?! I was there. No one else when I had requested help. And now a rude brush off. Another trip to Sam's, another time leaving the store pissed off due to employees. FIX THIS!!!!!
