I had been referred by the wedding company we were using. I had booked the limo for our wedding aug 26 2014. I called the day before our wedding when we arrived in Las Vegas . I spoke to a woman to double check expectation and to make sure they had the directions and times and what expectations inside the limo were. Our limo did arrive on time but when the door opened a blast of hot air hit me. The driver was telling us it takes a few minutes in one breath for the limo to cool and 15 minutes later telling us it doesn't work. There was no ice in the bar, no glasses, two bottles of warm water and a bottle of hot champaign.
I told the driver this is not acceptable call the company we need a replacement. I had to get on the phone with the company because the driver was not helpful. So they send a sprinter bachelor party van (really for my wedding?) I called the company again and was told that is all we have. We were handed our warm bottles of water and got in the van for over and hour ride to the destination.
I was so upset as we did have some air in the van but barely. We were bouncing around like a school bus and sliding on the waxed pleather seating benches. Our wedding company met us with ice and water. Our driver was doing over 55 (speed limit was 35 )on really sharp curves in Valley of the Fire State park I thought a few times we were going to roll. The driver made hardly an effort to open doors or help me down from the step down.
On Wednesday I called the company spoke to a woman she said they sent me an email. Im on my wedding/ honeymoon am I looking at email? No note just a receipt of 10 percent of the bill. I was told legally this is all we can do. (She actually said this I was floored). I called back asked to speak to a manager. First I was told he wasn't available than a man got on the phone really hostile. Yelling at me. No apologizing for dropping the ball on my wedding day. The only thing we agreed to was the bill in half since what was booked and promised they did not deliver. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. Unless your expectations are for a cab experience for the price of a limo because that is what you will get. Plus rude and hostile employees once they charge your credit card. -loryn l illinois
