rev:text	Our experience with the Gluch Group just keeps getting better and better! Since I initially reviewed them we have bought one more home and listed and sold two others. In April of last year, we decided to hire the Gluch Group as our Realtor to list a condo we owned in the Arcadia area. We had done well on the condo and decided that with the hot market it was a good time to sell. Our previous two experiences working with John were so amazing that it was a no-brainer to have his team list our condo. This particular condo was located in the Boardwalk subdivision which is a super popular Mid Century Modern complex in Phoenix. We had remodeled the home and wanted to get top dollar for it which meant pushing the boundaries of what had been sold in the neighborhood. The Gluch Group was confident they could get us what we wanted and listed the house for a price that was higher than had ever been recorded in The Boardwalk. We were hopeful but also realistic and prepared to drop the price if necessary. We were surprised and delighted to learn just a few days after the home was listed for sale that the Gluch Group had gotten us a full price cash offer! The amount of time, care, and attention that they put into marketing our home and ensuring that potential buyers knew just how special this house was really paid off. While we had sold a few homes we knew that getting an accepted offer was just step one. After we opened up our escrow at the title company the whole Gluch team really kicked into action to babysit the new buyer we had and ensure that the offer actually turned into a sale. They did an absolutely amazing job updating us several times a week on the progress of the sale and always being CRAZY fast responding to our questions. We were never in the dark wondering what was happening. The buyer ended up closing the sale right on time and it felt so good setting the neighborhood sale record! With the success of that sale behind us and even more confidence in The Gluch Group we enlisted them to sell another home for us as well. Back in 2008 John represented us as our realtor on the purchase our very first home in the Cave Creek area of Phoenix. After we moved out of that home John had helped us rent it out by providing lots of wonderful advice and all the forms and tools we would need to manage a rental home for the first time. He and his team own lots of rental houses and were super helpful helping us navigate what was a really new and stressful situation. We successfully rented the home out for several years and had decided it was time to sell. We put it on the market just a few weeks ago and we have experienced the same level of care and experience that we have come to expect with the Gluch Group representing us as our Real Estate agent. The home was listed quickly and we received an excellent offer within just a few weeks of listing it. We are in escrow now and expect a smooth finish to what has been another great experience. It was a little emotional letting go of our very first house and we have felt really cared for and never pushed to sell. Along with these two sales, The Gluch Group helped us buy the home we currently live in. Even though it was a REAL mess when we bought it they helped us see the amazing value the house was. Now several years and lots of remodeling later we live in the home of our dreams. We are so glad we took the risk and trusted the advice of the pros. While they could have pushed us to buy a more expensive home they encouraged us to buy a fixer-upper that is now worth so much more than we paid for it. In the end, I think that's one of the things I have loved most about working with this team. They are super kind and honest and fun and never salesy. They do their jobs with excellence and really care for people while doing it. We have recommended the Gluch Group to anyone asking for a realtor for years now and have tons of friends with amazing experiences.
