  • BIG NO NO! The only reason why I came here was because it was conveniently located next to Albertsons where I was picking up some groceries right before dinner. Plus I was only there to remove the gel polish. I was seated within seconds when the nail tech (didn't get her name) decided she did not want to wait until my gels were properly soaked off in acetone. Doesn't use the scraper once, instead used the drill from start to finish. I'm not even kidding when I say she drilled the SHIT out of my nails. I kept pulling my hand back but she didn't seem to understand that I was in pain, because she just smiled to apologize but kept using the drill to file them off. It's been over a week since my horrible experience at this establishment, and my nails are still suffering. If you want weak, flimsy paper thin nails, this place is for you! Otherwise I suggest going elsewhere.
