Perhaps Aspen Dental is too uppity to do business like expectations from a boomer goes. Last week I set an apt (SUPPOSEDLY FREE 1ST VISIT) for Thurs. 3 9 17 @ 3pm. I was not impressed when I found the 480 prefix took me to a very nice person in New York (I live in AZ). I did set the apt thinking perhaps they were busy and it was a robo transfer. Then today I got a robo call asking me to confirm my apt or cancel so again I called the 480 prefix number and again I got NY. As a matter of fact I found it suspicious. Why do you not answer your own phone and this was the clincher I tried to email AD to cancel my apt only to find my email was UNdeliverable. That clinched it for me. If I can not contact a living person on site what am I supposed to do if I am not a happy camper for the work done. In all fairness, they may be good at what they do but I sure am not going to risk it. I find their method of operation a total TURN OFF. If I have no recourse in talking with someone on site, I will keep my $$ in my pocket until I can find someone local who will treat customers in the one on one way I have dealt with business all my life and will hopefully continue (ESPECIALLY A SERVICE).
