  • William, the owner, was extremely rude, insulting, and downright immature. I purchased an item over the phone and was never told that I had to be present to sign the credit card slip n order for the item to be picked up by a family member. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place. After 5 minutes of him making threatening accusations, I was the one who had to offer a solution. I asked for a few more days to make it over there (I live 50 miles away), he offered to hold the item in their employee BATHROOM. The item I purchased was a desk chair for my 6yo daughters bedroom and he offered to hold it in their bathroom, instead of their 5,000sq warehouse. Totally disgusting, unnecessary, and petty to take it to that level. I gave them 1 star as the person who initially accepted my order was pleasant, but apparently completely unaware of William's strict policies.
