  • Pretty disappointed. I expect great service from cosmopolitan. Our server took the order and provided the check quickly. Had to ask for the items I ordered from a different server, a Busser, and the food runner. Waited a significant amount of time. In the extreme heat and couldn't get a bottle of water in over half an hour. I joined my friends daybed midday. I placed a credit card for my items. She did not communicate that my total would not be applied to the daybed minimum. So instead of spending $500 on the bed, we spent nearly $600. And we're forced to order items we didn't even consume. The crispy tuna was terrible. Mushy fish. Lacked in flavor.
