  • I went with my Audi to get all 4 tires switched from old to new before I returned the car from the lease. 3 guys jumped into action. Personality was horrible but that's ok. They worked hard and fast - done in 20 mins. But I watched as they used pry bars to try and break the lip off the old tires and to get the new tires resealed. They slipped several times and I wondered if they were damaging the wheels. One week later I washed the car and noticed ALL four wheels were scratched, some had small nicks while one was deeply gouged. I know my wheels like the back of my hand and these damages were not there before I went there. I emailed them but with no success. Perhaps they can't handle 19" wheels. I would not recommend this place if you care about your wheels.
