  • Expect your orders to be delayed and.. delayed.. delayed.. Nothing is in stock.. I do understand that custom items will take extra time.. At this time, the couch is being delayed for another month..I get it..but it also takes forever to get in stock items.. Don't be in a rush with RH.. For example, in-house design took almost 4 weeks to come up with a design, forgettable at best.. The designer was working on it and asking questions 2 days prior our appointment. Turns out that she was on vacation for a while and didn't bother to assign the project to someone else.. All is fine until you have a full blown renovation going and doing actually good on your timeline with your contractors... RH is definitely not reliable. You have a short period of time to add to your order without getting charged extra shipping, but it doesn't really work the other way around..
