  • I had to give one star. We bought a 2014 Ford F350 from these clowns. I should have gone to Berge Ford. I talked to Justin over the internet and gave him the common courtesy of showing up. He showed me the platinum edition and we fell in love with it. The sticker was over $64k and I told him I wanted it below 60. He said no problem. They then tried to offer me only 10k for my 2003 f350 king ranch which I told him no. I told him they'd have to pay it off. After a spell of not understanding English he finally got it. They said we were approved and we of course got very excited after six hours at this joint. The problem was the bank was only willing to do 75 months because I've never had a loan this high. I can understand this but Justin promised us different payments. The finance turd came out, Marcus, and promised us free extended warranty and gap insurance and we said fine. It was my fault for not looking things over but Marcus added 1000 to the sticker and when I questioned him he said he had to pad the numbers to compensate for the free stuff. At this point we were there nearly seven hours. I didn't notice what they did until a week later and again my fault. I said oh well. Today I take it in for my free oil change and the woman didn't ask me for my name or anything. She says the first oil change is free and she Also told me they'd top off the DEF. The tech comes out and she asked if he did and he said no. He said I'm out of DEF. How is a service department out of crucial diesel fluid? He found some and topped it off. I made him clean the grease off my paint the carpet and steering wheel. Idiots. Don't but from them. They're sneaky and take advantage of people and their excitement.
