  • First time, celebrating my friends birthday. I made appointments very easily two days before by phone and the receptionist was great! Also received a follow up text to confirm or reschedule, which was convenient. We were ten minutes late-give enough time to find downtown parking and walk. It is also within a building (a suite) so there isn't a street sign to find easily. Luckily once inside, it has an amazing spa feel, great atmosphere, beautiful smells and sounds. It truly was one of the best experiences I had getting a mani pedi. We happily would of taken naps, it was so relaxing! The "tech" although I wouldn't call her that, was great, Kind, soft spoken and considerate. She didn't make small talk and interrupt my experience like others have. However, when I brought up conversation she pleasantly entertained it. Oh by the way the actual outcome-our nails are beautifully done! Give yourself enough time in the day to spend though as they don't rush. Considering we got basics and not express it did take longer, total 2 hours for both a mani and pedi but well worth it! We'll definitely be back. Excited to have their happy hour! Thanks deja and lavender for a great experience-so happy to support a downtown business!!
