  • Wanted to update my review after going through the alterations process. Let me start by saying it's a process, and unfortunately for me it was a tough one. Wedding dress alterations can take upwards of 4 fittings to get it perfect and by my 4th one I wasn't really thrilled. My mom and I had a discussion with Sydney about how I was feeling about my dress and she immediately involved the owners James and Carrie. From there they took excellent care of me. It is clear how much they care about their business and wanted to go above and beyond to make sure I loved my dress. They matched me up with another seamstress and helped me add the cap sleeves I wanted. 2-3 fittings later my dress was perfect. I am so thankful for everyone at Ivory Row for making sure my dress was perfect, even months after I had made the initial purchase. Not only does buying from Ivory Row mean you're going to get a beautiful dress but also customer service that goes above and beyond the initial purchase. Thank you again Sydney, James and Carrie, you guys rock!
