  • While searching cars.com the other day, we found a very well-priced, low mileage vehicle that we had been searching for for months. I called and spoke to a salesman named, Russ. Russ was very friendly on the phone and when we arrived to look at the vehicle, he had it right up front and all warmed up. It was a chilly 19 degrees that night. Russ and the team at Ron Marhofer also waited for us after closing since we made the 2-hour drive from Pittsburgh. We got an exceptional trade-in offer and the financing process was a breeze! Thanks, Heidi! They met our payment terms on the first try and even went above and beyond and got us an extended 5-year bumper to bumper warranty all within our required price! I would definitely go back for my next car purchase! The sales staff are paid on salary, so there is no high-pressure to purchase. The whole process took about an hour and could not have went smoother! A+!
